We have got a manager Chris casper and a director of football Kieth Alexander.

Most of the players brought in were players alexander has had sucess with all of the others were non league.

Currently we are playing alexander tactics 5-3-2 or 5-2-3. So called ugly football where every time they get it they hoof it up front.

If casper was in charge of tactics it would be good passing football and we would have a lot more possesion and a bigger threat. Also if casper was chosing the team that lankey get Ben futcher wouldnt be playing as he is bloody useless.

But me thinks things might change this weekend and we might revert back to 442 and good football and have a chance of winning.
