Burnley trim squad

Burnley boss Steve Cotterill has started planning for next season by releasing four players and placing another on the transfer list.

Experienced quartet Danny Coyne, John McGreal, Frank Sinclair and Graham Branch have all been culled from Turf Moor's ranks.

All four have played their part under Cotterill's regime but the former Cheltenham chief has decided changes are needed for next term.
