David James to the Robins?

Reports in the press are indicating that David James has turned down an offer to join Celtic citing personal reasons. James who played for England at the world cup is now being linked with a move to Ashton Gate.

Surely he has another couple of years left in him to play in the premiership?

I thought he'd still be in the Premiership, Bristol City have done well to land him because even at his age he's a Marquee player. maybe he's gone to City because he can travel from the same home he has while with Portsmouth and doesn't have to uproot

I'd also say that it's probably the manager there as well. I have always rated Steve Coppell.

It certainly signals the end of his England career, who'll be the regular number one now for England, Joe Hart?

Won't be Green. Either Robbo gets a recall or Joe Hart.
