Jo Kuffour

Cherries sign Kuffour from Bees

Kuffour was Brentford's top scorer last season as they were relegated
Bournemouth have signed Brentford striker Jo Kuffour on a Bosman-style free transfer.
The 25-year-old rejected a new deal at the Bees following their relegation to League Two, and has penned a two-year contract at Dean Court.

Is he any good then

He was head and shoulders above any one else that we had last season. Will do well for you what else can I say gutted .......

But he would have been by far our highest wage earner so the cash can probably be better spent elsewhere

Did well for us in a very poor Brentford team.

Was he? What about Brooker, Heywood, O'Connor and Frampton? Not to forget Shipperley and the cost of all his pies.

See what you mean Coventry - who can blame him from not wanting to play in League Two. I'd prefer to be in Bournemouth as well.

I was thinking maybe he looked good because all the others were so shit?

League One is about his level put it that way

Couldn't see him doing any good in the championship

good luck to him though!

So we got nought for him? bosman style?

Good luck to him at Bournemouth,he did well for us.
But as Aussie says I wonder if he stood out so much because the rest were so bad.

Probably - that 3 game suspension for elbowing didn't help our cause either.

Yes - afraid so.
