Wright hails his Bees experience
Charlton midfielder Josh Wright has described his loan spell at League Two side Barnet last season as "invaluable" to his football career.
The 18-year-old, who is yet to make a senior appearance for the Addicks, joined the Bees in August and featured heavily for Paul Fairclough's side.
Wright made over 30 appearances under Fairclough and insists he flourished at Underhill.
"Before I went to Barnet, [Charlton boss] Alan Pardew told me he wanted me to go there as a boy and come back as a man," said Wright. "I think I have.
"If I'd stayed at Charlton I might have got a chance, but I have more than 30 games under my belt now with Barnet and that's invaluable.
"You can't buy that sort of experience."
