Barnet: Neal Bishop rejects deal

Barnet midfielder Neal Bishop has been placed on the transfer list after rejecting a new contract.

The 26-year-old suffered knee ligament damage last weekend and will be out for several months but has enjoyed a fine season since joining from York last summer.

Manager Paul Fairclough said: "Neal has indicated that he wants to leave.

"The club have made him a very good offer of an improved contract that would have put him in line with our top earners but he has not accepted."

Bishop added: "It is the end of the season and I am checking my options."
