Club captain Rhys Day, striker Junior Mendes and, yes, Nikki Bull have signed new contracts.

A short statement from the club read:

"Aldershot Chairman John McGinty is delighted to announce that Captain Rhys Day has signed a one year contract with the club. Also committing until the end of the year (2008) is Junior Mendes. Nikki Bull has also signed a new two year contract to everyone's satisfaction"

Reaction from the fans on Shotsweb's message board has been universally happy, especially with the news about Bully.

We said we thought we hadn't heard the end of it all regarding Bully and we were right!. The remarkable turnaround in these contract negotiations has amazed everyone, but let's just accept it for what it is - good news.
