No idea who has been contacted coz Chelsea are keeping very quiet about it. Rijkaard said when he left Barca that he would be taking a 1 year break from the game and has not said anything else since.
Hughes, Rijkaard and Scolari are the only main contenders for the job that havent ruled themselves out yet though so it looks like its probably gonna be 1 of them 3.
