Cardiff boss Dave Jones has been handed a fitness boost by Robbie Fowler - but insists the striker will not be rushed back for the FA Cup final if he is not ready.

The former Liverpool forward has been sidelined since December with a hip injury, but has returned to training and may even feature in Sunday's final game of the season against Barnsley - the side they beat to book a Wembley date with Portsmouth.
