Many of our 1st teamers over the last 10 or so seasons have come through the ranks. Apart from that Chelsea, C*ty and others have nicked youngsters off us without paying compensation
!
If all the clubs outside the Prem stop trying to bring youngsters through 90% of the real top talent will still get spotted and then prem clubs will have to pay for their initial training instead of letting us
!
As far as I Know, we are the only club with an all English born squad and with half the 1st team born within 10 miles of the ground?
It is the way things should be at our level, and lets face it the Pretty Boys should be at our level
